Real Estate Photography

6 Photos- $350+gst

8 Photos- $450+gst

2 Twilight Photos- $300+gst

Architectural/ Interior Photography

​

Small Shoot- $600+gst

- Up to 1.5hrs onsite

- Up to 15 retouched images

​

Medium Scale Shoot- $850+gst

- Up to 2hrs onsite

- Up to 30 retouched images

​

Large Scale Shoots- $1100+gst

- Up to 3hrs onsite

- Up to 45 retouched images

Full Day Rate- 8hrs $2200+gst

(includes another full day of retouching + images)

Extras

Additional time onsite- $150+gst per hour

Drone Photography- $250+gst (Up to 5 photos)

Twilight Photography- $350+gst (Approx. 5 images in addition to selected day package)

Travel Fee- 

I am located in the Sutherland Shire. For locations within the 20km radius shown below, there is no travel fee. For locations outside that radius, a travel fee may occur.

Travel fees are calculated as follows: $1x per/km to location + $50 per hour of travel = total travel fee.

(Eg. If it is 50km to the location and takes 1.5hr to drive, the sum is as follows.)

($1x 50km=$50)+(1.5hrs x $50= $75)= $125+gst

*Pricing includes the right to the photos for your company use (ie, website, blog, social media etc). Please note that the sharing of images with other contractors  (eg: the architect/ builder/designer, etc) will incur an additional usage fee (whether invoiced to yourself or to the contractor/architect).
